Joseph House has concluded its days as a retreat house and is being transitioned for the use of the Daughters of Mary, Mother of Healing Love, from Rochester, NH. More details can be found below.
We are so grateful to God for the decades of Joseph House ministry under Fr. Marc Montiminy and Fr. Moe Larochelle. We are thankful to each of you who have supported Joseph House with your prayers, donations and presence. We pray that the lavish love of God which you encountered there will stay with you for all your life. Jesus tells us the Kingdom of God is among us, and surely we all experienced that at Joseph House. May the love, light, and hope you found there be brought to the world through each of your lives.
Although there will no longer be retreats at Joseph House, we invite you to consider a retreat at Marie Joseph Spiritual Center in Biddeford, Maine. In the neighborhood of Joseph House, there will continue to be opportunities for prayer at Ste Marie Parish, and all are invited to attend.
The Ste Marie's website can be found here: https://www.enterthenarrowgate.org/

and the faithful shall abide with Him in love."
Changes coming to Joseph House
The angel of the LORD encamps
around those who fear him,
and delivers them.
Taste and see how good the LORD is;
blessed the man
who takes refuge in him.
We have huge news about the future of Joseph House!

Jesus stood up and exclaimed,
"Let anyone who thirsts come to me
As Scripture says:
Rivers of living water will flow
from within him who believes in me."
New Changes and a Message from Fr. Moe
The Daughters of Mary, Mother of Healing Love community has been growing in vocations and apostolate. They are based in Rochester, NH. Recently, Sister Mary Grace and Sister Mary Joseph began working at Cardinal Lacroix Academy in St. Anthony Parish.
Due to the lack of activity at Joseph House, I invited the two sisters to stay at Joseph House lest they commute daily from Rochester.
After discussion with Mother Paul Marie and the Joseph House board, we believe that having more of the Sisters moving into Joseph House would be beneficial not only for the Sisters but also for our parish community.
Therefore, we are currently in discussion with Mother Paul Marie, Superior of the community, and Bishop Libasci about “re-tasking” Joseph House to accommodate them.
We ask God’s Blessings for the success of this new adventure for Joseph House,
