Joseph House has been a house of prayer, vocation, and community that has brought light and love to the world.
Monsignor Hevey, of Ste. Maries, first built Joseph House for the Freres Maristes. His "unique devotion to the glory of God" laid the foundation for what the house is to this day. In the 80's, Fr. Marc Montimony and Sr. Mary Anne Laughlin opened the Joseph House as a retreat center.
Present day, it's mission continues as a retreat house, with a particular focus in Ignatian spirituality.
